We're fortunate to have expansive panoramic views of the ocean since we have no neighbors to our right and sit on the edge of an eco-friendly green-built champion golf course. The house is just under 6,000 square feet with over 2,000 more in balconies (on all three floors). We do have a spacious elevator for those who might need it but we usually take the stairs to save the power and get a nice workout. The house was just completed with its finishing touches in January of 2009 (including a state-of-the-art air purification system) and is about to be green certified.

Everything is new, but is also 'green' and energy-efficient. And despite the big rooms and expansive layout we think you'll find it very comfortable, down to earth and will feel right at home. Just a short walk down the secluded private beach is the famous five-star Hammock Beach resort with restaurants, golf, tennis courts, a beautiful spa with a great selections of services, steam and sauna, a lazy river and seven pools (though we have our own pool here next to the house along with the ocean!).
